Welcome to the Activate Peace Project—a movement for building Re-IMAGING and building New Earth communities through real-world collaboration between non-profits, small businesses, and corporate sponsors. Together, we’re activating a new way forward: one that is mutually beneficial, locally rooted, and globally inspired.

The Vision:

We are New Earth architects co-creating a world where community supports community—a global network of healing, resource-sharing, and creative empowerment.

Each Activate Peace Event brings people together to celebrate connection, elevate purpose-driven businesses, and fund nonprofits that are doing life-changing work. Giving opportunity to people to all walks of life!

Our goal? To grow these events into a global template of collaborative impact—complete with a directory ,retreat centers, sister centers (national and International), and traveling activators.

What We’re Creating:

1. Conscious Community Events

Each event is a celebration of wellness, creativity, and conscious commerce, with:

Music, art, and healing activations
Local vendor showcases
Panel talks and workshops
Percentage of sales donated to buyer-chosen nonprofits (of those participating-INVITE your favorite to join in!
In-Person within each community AND Virtual for larger impact and reach.

2. Wellness Collaboratives

We’re building an inclusive membership site featuring wellness practitioners in:

Individuals and businesses can list their needs and offerings

A New Model of Collective Ownership:

WE CANNOT DO THIS ALONE!

As we grow, Activate Peace is building a new kind of company — one rooted in radical equity and shared prosperity.

Unlike traditional employee-owned models or profit-sharing structures, where higher positions often receive disproportionately larger shares, we envision a company where every role matters equally.

Each contributor — whether CEO or hourly team member — receives an equal profit-sharing rate, based solely on the amount of time and service they provide. In other words, profits are distributed not by rank, but by contribution. Everyone has skin in the game, and everyone shares in the success — fairly.

At Activate Peace, contribution is measured by actual service — not by title. Everyone earns a fair share of profits based on their time, presence, and participation in the work, with room to thoughtfully evolve how we recognize different kinds of labor as we grow.

This model honors both the sacredness of each person’s contribution and the spirit of mutual uplift that drives our mission.

What We Need to Launch

Immediate Needs

Looking for first event to be in CA (open to other states) House within CA to be used as lived-in headquarters and first small retreat center. Space for Art, small workshops, pool, spa, and outdoor natures area for morning groups. Pet Friendly
Fiscal sponsorships or aligned partners for both launch and each local or virtual event
Volunteers & event organizers (This IS a TEAM effort-see below)
First wave of non-profits, small businesses, and corporate sponsors
